Service Operations Specialist

Service Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping workflows moving smoothly? PrideStaff is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team!

In this role, you will be the backbone of the service department-managing the service work pipeline, assisting with RFQs and quoting, and driving recurring revenue. If you excel at multitasking, cross-department collaboration, and keeping operational processes accurate and efficient, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

RFQ & Quoting Support: Assist with the intake and review of RFQs from technicians, sales teams, and service staff. Prepare accurate service and monitoring quotes.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage the service work pipeline to eliminate delays, prevent missed opportunities, and capture revenue.
Workflow & Overflow Support: Provide crucial scheduling support to Service Coordinators during peak volumes and assist Service Billing Specialists with documentation.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Technical Operations Specialists to ensure all quotes align with technical scope and specifications.
Opportunity Tracking: Monitor service opportunities from initial RFQ through final approval to ensure prompt follow-up.
Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service workflows, operational continuity, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Service Knowledge: Working knowledge of service operations, quoting processes, and pipeline management.
Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively align across departments.
Detail-Oriented: Laser-focused on accuracy, scope verification, and thorough follow-through.
