As a Night CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Monitor patients' conditions, report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff, and assist with implementing care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members with respect and compassion

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients of varying weights and sizes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse patient population
