Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ communication and mobility needs within a thriving educational environment. We are seeking dedicated clinicians to provide vital speech-language pathology and physical therapy services onsite across elementary, middle (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), and high school caseloads. You will be collaborating with school teams to deliver comprehensive therapy solutions for students in an urban school setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and current licensure for Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist (specific to school setting)
• Previous experience within school environments, preferably urban settings
• Ability to obtain all necessary Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
• Reliable transportation for daily, onsite attendance—remote or hybrid options are not available
• Comfortable and experienced working in diverse school populations and locations
• Flexible to provide therapy services between 7:15AM and 4PM, without schedule modifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions for a designated elementary, middle (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), or high school caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Perform student assessments, deliver progress evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to advance student learning and growth
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and professional practices
• Participate in scheduled meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as assigned

This is a full-time, onsite contract position with 35 hours per week. Assignments begin as soon as possible and run through June 10, 2027. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Expect a supportive school culture eager to welcome new therapists devoted to making a difference.
