HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator Warm Beach Camp Ministries is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator who sees HR as more than administration—it is a ministry of care, welcome, and service to the people God brings to our team. This role supports the employee’s experience from recruitment and onboarding through training, communication, benefits support, and day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, trustworthy with confidential information, and energized by helping employees and leaders thrive as they serve the mission of sharing the hope and love of Christ through camping ministries and experiences in the Pacific Northwest. As part of the Business Office and HR team, the Human Resources Coordinator partners with managers, supports new and current employees, assists with job postings and hiring processes, helps maintain accurate records and policies, and contributes to a welcoming workplace culture rooted in Warm Beach Camp Ministries’ mission and values. Specifics & Compensation: This position will be a full-time, year-round role beginning in September, with flexibility to start earlier if the right candidate is found.
