Facility Supply Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative – Facilities Supply to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business in the Chicagoland Market. This role is suited for professionals with experience in MultiFamily, Hospitality, Senior Living or Education Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Renovations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, working with branch associates to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base, collaborating with management on sales strategies and new account targeting. Perform product quotation and problem resolution for customers. Analyze competition in the territory, devise sales strategies, and communicate these strategies to management. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field. Manage and grow relationships with an assigned base of customers and key vendor partners, increasing share of wallet by delivering tailored MRO & Renovation solutions to active, new, and inactive accounts. Partner with management to develop and execute territory and account strategies, creating and executing plans aligned with sales objectives using Salesforce insights and competitive analysis. Maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline that balances customer satisfaction with profitable growth. Monitor competitive activity and communicate market insights and recommendations to leadership. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to maintain a professional, credible presence in the field. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience within the industry, ideally in MRO or Distribution. Proven success working with Property Managers, Regional Managers, Facility/Maintenance Supervisors, and Maintenance Technicians. Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and CRM tools to drive sales growth and manage pipeline performance. Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role. Strong problem‑solving, active listening, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong overall digital literacy. Compensation & Benefits This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $125,000+.
