Agency Service Program Manager – Wyoming Department of Transportation The Wyoming Department of Transportation seeks an Agency Service Program Manager in Cheyenne to oversee strategic planning, policy development, and governmental affairs reporting to the Deputy Director. Responsibilities Engage in executive-level strategic planning. Manage special projects for the WYDOT executive team. Implement communication strategies. Administer organizational change affecting major departmental operations. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. 3-5 years of progressive work experience in business or policy and planning. Knowledge of federal and state statutes and governmental structure. Experience with legislative proceedings and policy development. Ability to communicate complex material to diverse internal and external audiences.
