Magruder Tabb Animal Clinic is seeking a full or part time experienced or new graduate veterinarian to join our growing team!

Highlights/Overview:

• Brand new, custom-built 9,000 sq. foot hospital
• Loyal clients who care deeply about their pets' medical care. Demand for services is very high; a strong caseload will be immediately available to experienced veterinarians joining the team.
• Customized, enhanced CE packages - let's identify your unique goals together and map out a plan to achieve them!
• Dr. Wallace is an experienced mentor. His colleague, Dr. Lattimer was mentored from prior to vet school and is excited to participate in the mentorship of developing veterinarians.
• Excellent culture, collaborative environment, and low turnover
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p and Saturdays 8a - 12p, closed on Sundays, with flexible shifts available
• Yorktown, Virginia is a suburb of Newport News, located one hour away from Virginia Beach. Close to Williamsburg. Yorktown is a fantastic area with an affordable cost of living, top-ranked school systems, wonderful dining options, lots of parks and outdoor activities, and much more.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary : $140-225k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
• Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 225k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
• Relocation stipend
• Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
• Basic benefits information: Paid vacation & sick leave; health, dental, vision insurance with generous employer contribution; several additional supplemental insurance options; 100% coverage of liability, license defense, professional dues and licensing fees, 401k with generous employer contribution, 100% coverage of short term disability insurance premiums.
