HR Intern

Job Purpose

Weiss Technik North America is a leading provider of environmental simulation systems, supporting industries ranging from aerospace to advanced manufacturing. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Human Resources Summer Intern to support our HR team with critical document management and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and systems-while contributing to a project that directly impacts data accuracy and efficiency.

The Job Title listed empowers the Incumbent with the authority to execute all duties and responsibilities listed below. In the event of a conflict of authority, the Incumbent shall elevate to direct supervisor for resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan, upload, and accurately file employee documents into ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure all employee records are properly labeled, organized, and compliant with internal standards
• Audit digital files for completeness and accuracy; flag and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Assist with organizing and updating HR records (both digital and physical as needed)
• Support additional HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH (Sharonville)

Working Conditions*

Mostly stationary work with occasional movement throughout facilities to access files, chambers, office machinery, etc. Frequently lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Use of hands to hold, lift and handle materials. Occasional climbing, bending and squatting.
