The Dorne Region is hiring a Benefits Enrollment Associate for its Coral Gables office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity built around real client conversations and a clear process you can learn and improve over time.

You will work with individuals who are exploring health coverage and life benefit options, guide them through what is available, and help them move toward a clear next step. Your ability to communicate, stay organized, and follow through consistently will define your results.

What your day will include:

• Speaking with prospective clients about benefit options
• Asking questions to understand individual needs
• Explaining next steps clearly and professionally
• Keeping follow-up organized and on schedule
• Working within a team environment that values consistency

No prior insurance experience or college degree is required. Training, coaching, and a structured process are provided from day one. Candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or other people-facing roles often bring skills that carry over well.
