Job OverviewA law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Reno, NV. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and hold an active Nevada bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred. Duties Conduct written discovery, including e-Discovery. Apply knowledge of Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure. Engage in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions. Perform exceptional research and writing tasks. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation practice experience. Active Nevada bar license. Clerkship experience preferred. Education Strong academic credentials. Certifications Active Nevada bar license. Skills Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
