Women’s Health NP/CNM Primary Care Leader

Lorain County Health & Dentistry is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join our clinical team in Lorain, OH. The WHNP/CNM provides primary obstetric and gynecological care within the PCMH/NCQA model and develops long-term relationships with patients.
Responsibilities include prenatal care, routine exams, ordering tests, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the provider team.
