This role provides direct leadership to frontline associates, monitors productivity and quality standards, supports receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities, and helps ensure operational goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer service, and employee engagement.The successful candidate will supervise daily workflows, coach and develop team members, address operational issues in real time, and partner with warehouse leadership to drive performance improvements. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to promote process compliance, maintain inventory and location accuracy, support staffing and labor planning efforts, and contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes.
