Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (3x12s)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe environment for patients. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to assist in various capacities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a Med/Surg environment
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience is recommended
