ANEUVO Position Overview ANEUVO is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to lead and strengthen the company’s day-to-day operations from our Westwood, California location. This role will be responsible for translating organizational priorities into scalable processes, measurable results, and consistent execution across teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to work directly on critical initiatives. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational performance, establish accountability, manage resources, and support the company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies that support ANEUVO’s business objectives, growth plans, and organizational priorities. Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure teams, processes, and resources are aligned for effective execution. Translate strategic goals into operating plans, performance metrics, timelines, and clear ownership. Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, then implement practical and scalable solutions. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, management systems, and internal controls. Develop dashboards and reporting processes to track key performance indicators, budgets, milestones, and operational outcomes. Lead cross-functional planning and execution across departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, expense management, resource allocation, and vendor oversight. Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and performance management in partnership with Human Resources. Evaluate and improve business systems, technology platforms, facilities, and administrative infrastructure. Manage strategic vendors and service providers, including contract performance, costs, service levels, and risk. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. Lead high-priority initiatives and special projects on behalf of executive leadership. Ensure operations comply with applicable company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Recruit, coach, and develop operations team members as the organization grows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. 10 or more years of progressive experience in operations, business management, program management, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated success building and improving operational processes in a growing or evolving organization. Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, and resource planning. Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, and organizational change. Experience developing operating procedures, performance dashboards, and scalable management systems. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Sound judgment and the ability to make timely, data-informed decisions. High level of integrity, discretion, accountability, and attention to detail. Proficiency with modern business, project-management, reporting, and collaboration tools. Ability to work on-site in Westwood, California. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a regulated medical technology, healthcare, life sciences, or similarly complex environment. Experience supporting a company through rapid growth, commercialization, organizational transformation, or process scaling. Familiarity with quality-management, compliance, risk-management, or regulated operating frameworks. Experience working directly with founders, senior executives, boards, or investors.
