About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a global organization supporting sterilization and safety services across multiple industries. They are experiencing high hiring demand and are expanding their recruiting team to support nationwide operations. Job Description We are seeking a contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the U.S. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting for entry-level and operational positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open roles across various locations Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams Coordinate and participate in intake meetings with hiring managers Support offer negotiations and collaborate with HR on compensation recommendations Attend hiring events such as job fairs and community outreach initiatives Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the applicant tracking system Identify new sourcing strategies and process improvements Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Taleo Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
