Task Force Hotel Sales Manager Location: Columbus, OH (Travel Required) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a motivated sales professional who will focus on driving hotel sales initiatives across multiple locations, with frequent travel within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned hotel properties. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Columbus, OH area and surrounding regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate with hotel operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits and client meetings, requiring frequent travel within Ohio. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel frequently within Ohio and surrounding areas. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment This position involves a combination of office work and extensive travel to hotel properties and client locations throughout Ohio.
