Emergency Medicine Physician in southern North Dakota

• Will accept an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with experience in an ED setting
• URGENT COVERAGE NEEDED IN FEB MUST BE ND LICENSED FOR LAST MINUTE FEBRUARY SHIFTS and provider must be committed to getting all credentialing documents in for the rush start
• Feb 11 (7p) - 15 (7a)
• Mar 1 (7p) - 9 (7a)
• Annual Volume 14000
• EMR - Meditech
• Does the client anticipate ongoing needs for this physician? If so, how long will they need help for and many shifts per month will they need covered? We anticipate an ongoing need. We will know more once our Emergency Medicine physician completes his medical treatments.
• Will they consider Board Eligible physicians who are within 5 years of completing residency or only board certified physicians in EM? Yes
• Is 4/19 still open? No our local physicians covered that date.
• Our emergency medicine providers work 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
• Our EM providers do not round on inpatients. They only work in the Emergency Department.
• Our APP's work 11a-11p and we occasionally have an extra APP who works from 8a-8p, if they are not scheduled on the acute care floor.
