Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Big Lake, MN

Soliant is searching for a passionate SLP to provide teletherapy services for students ranging from PreK to 12th grade in a dynamic, supportive virtual environment for the upcoming school year.

As a valued teletherapy provider, you'll design individualized education plans, deliver engaging interventions, and collaborate closely with teachers and families to help students thrive. Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' prior experience in a school-based SLP role
• Valid and active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) for SLPs
• Solid foundation in pediatric caseloads and teletherapy platforms
• Proven ability with technology, including a computer, webcam, and reliable internet
• Annual liability insurance coverage of $500K/500K
• Successful completion of technical screening and internet speed test

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive virtual assessments, individualized therapy, and consultative services
• Develop and implement targeted speech and language intervention plans
• Partner with staff and families to maximize student communication outcomes
• Conduct services for a caseload spanning PreK to 12th grade, with flexible scheduling tailored to both full-time and part-time availability
