Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred Equivalent work experience will be considered Experience Requirements Previous experience in account management, project coordination, customer service, or construction industry preferred Experience preparing quotes, pricing projects, and managing customer relationships Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Manage ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotes Review pricing to ensure company guidelines and profitability goals are met Negotiate pricing with customers and installers when needed Coordinate field checks between installers and job supervisors Re-price projects based on field check findings Schedule and coordinate installations while communicating timelines to customers Provide project status updates to customers and corporate offices Update customer portals and websites with project information Monitor jobs to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget Support sales and markup objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships Identify opportunities for additional business with existing accounts Maintain a professional and positive company image with internal and external customers Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial. Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred. Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Account Manager. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
