Responsibilities As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and direct your pharmacy staff, comprising staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and be accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. You will: Lead with heart by displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance. Implement those solutions, leading the team to achieve specified goals. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (ApHA). Listed on the pharmacy state license as the pharmacist in charge. Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree. Compensation Anticipated weekly hours: 40. This is a full‑time position. Pay range: $65.00–$85.00 per hour or equivalent annual salary, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to base pay.
