Community Association Manager

Community Association Manager paying up to $90K for a growing residential community association in the Coral Springs area. The CAM will serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and service providers ensuring the community is well-maintained, financially responsible and operated in compliance with its governing documents and applicable Florida requirements. DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY! Ideal candidate must be in the South Florida area. Our client will not be able to relocate anyone. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations and management of the assigned community association Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and the management company Coordinate and attend Board of Directors meetings, annual meetings, committee meetings and other community meetings Prepare meeting agendas, notices, reports, correspondence and supporting materials Assist the Board with the interpretation and enforcement of association rules, regulations and governing documents Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner questions, concerns, complaints and service requests Conduct regular community inspections and identify maintenance, safety, compliance and property-related issues Obtain vendor bids and proposals and assist the Board with vendor selection, contract management and renewals Monitor vendor performance and follow up on work orders to ensure work is completed properly and timely Review financial statements, invoices, expenses and other financial information and communicate relevant matters to the Board Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license required Recent experience managing HOA, condominium, cooperative or other community associations preferred Strong understanding of community association operations and Florida requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, communities and competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and community association management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC
