As an ASR, you will serve as the "Opener-Producer" on our team, focusing on generating business opportunities, scheduling appointments, developing relationships with employers, and helping introduce employee benefit solutions to businesses throughout your territory. What You’ll Do Prospect and develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers. Schedule and conduct business-to-business appointments. Introduce employee benefit programs to employers. Assist with enrollment opportunities and employee education. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Sales, customer service, recruiting, retail, hospitality, management, athletics, military, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
