Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Location: Morrisville, NC, 27560 Requisition Number: 224836 Job Description Cintasis seeking a Senior Account Manager - Fire Protection that will support both internal and external customers through workforce planning, delegation of duties and quality service. Responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership by means of effective customer relations, account knowledge, teamwork, problem resolution and time management; providing direction to the Affiliate Service Representatives and/or Customer Account Specialists to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; leading a team of service specialists by providing on‑going coaching, support, direction and leadership; communicating directly with assigned customers to resolve issues in a timely manner; establishing/maintaining a rapport with each customer to ensure satisfaction levels are being met and to seek additional opportunity for growth; maintaining/improving the profitability of assigned accounts to meet established goals; providing statistical and performance feedback to team partners; and establishing work procedures to support company and department goals. Skills/Qualifications Required Customer Service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred Preferred Problem solving and negotiating experience Business-to-business account support experience Experience with vendor management systems and portals Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
