Operations Manager 5

Oversee and optimize operational processes for the MX Care+ team, focusing on system integration and set-up efficiency. Act as liaison between IT/dev teams and the Care+ business, driving requirements gathering, system analysis, and process improvement. Lead tactical execution of system set-up including SKU creation and product mapping across multiple channels. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely deployment of systems and solutions while monitoring performance metrics. Support internal and external partners in Korea and India; must be able to work outside US business hours 10-15% of the time.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management with a focus on system integration and set-up. Strong understanding of operational processes and project management methodologies. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in English and Korean (preferred). Experience in the device protection, technology or consumer electronics industry (preferred). Familiarity with MX Care+ operations and systems (preferred).
