**Travel Ortho/Med-Surg RN | Herrin, IL**
**13 Weeks | Nights | 36 Hours/Week**

We are seeking an experienced Ortho/Med-Surg Registered Nurse to join its Bone & Joint unit for a travel assignment.

**Requirements:**
* Active Illinois RN License
* Current BLS Certification
* Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg and/or Orthopedic nursing experience
* NIHSS preferred
* Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* Night shifts
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Floating required to clinically appropriate units based on competency and patient care needs
* No holiday requirement
* EPIC EMR

**Responsibilities:**
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
* Provide care for orthopedic and adult Med-Surg patients
* Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
