Job Description
The Electro Mechanical Assembler plays a crucial role in the production process by assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical components to ensure quality and functionality. Working within a medium-sized team, this position reports directly to the Production Manager and involves hands-on tasks from component installation to troubleshooting, all while adhering to safety standards.
Hours: 6am to 230pm M-F
Wage: 19.50
Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components accurately and efficiently
- Conduct testing and quality inspections to meet product standards
- Install components and perform wiring according to schematics
- Troubleshoot assembly defects and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly and testing processes
- Handle inventory and manage component stock levels
- Adhere to safety compliance protocols and workplace standards
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Experience in quality control procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to safety compliance
- Previous assembly experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- High school diploma or equivalent
