Plant Maintenance Millwright Night Shift

On any given shift, you might:

Operate fluidized bed dryers, conveyors, bucket elevators, and other heavy-duty plant equipment

Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and adjustments

Run quality control tests to make sure products meet top standards

Help improve plant performance, safety, and efficiency

Track production and maintenance KPIs

Coordinate tools, parts, and equipment needs

Assist with repairs, cleanup, and keeping operations running strong

Some nights are smooth sailing. Some nights keep you on your toes. Like working with heavy equipment and machinery

Enjoy solving mechanical problems

Prefer active, hands-on work over sitting still

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in aggregate, sand, asphalt, or industrial plant operations

Familiarity with conveyors, dryers, screens, or similar equipment

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Basic computer and recordkeeping experience

Willingness to work night shift, overtime, and weekends when needed

Comfort working indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and industrial conditions

Direct exposure to plant operations
