Take the next step in your career by working as a Paraprofessional supporting K-12 students in a contract position near the vibrant Sunnyvale, CA area. This assignment starts as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the current school year. You’ll have the rewarding opportunity to focus on the individual needs of a single student, contributing meaningful support within a dedicated school team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored academic and behavioral assistance to one assigned K-12 student throughout the school day.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to promote student progress and inclusion.
• Implement individual educational plans and classroom strategies to encourage student engagement and independence.
• Facilitate communication between student, staff, and families as needed.
• Ensure a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes growth and achievement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school setting required.
• Demonstrated capability working with children in K-12 educational environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and maintain professionalism.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Details & Perks:
