BMW Automotive Sales Professional
Competition BMW of Smithtown is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. As part of the family-owned Competition Automotive Group , we combine the excitement of the BMW brand with a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and long-term career growth. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, competitive, and passionate about delivering a high-level customer experience from first contact through delivery.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the BMW product lineup, features, and performance options
- Negotiate sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-focused manner
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience by explaining vehicle features, warranties, and service programs
- Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation
- Stay current on BMW models, technology, incentives, and promotions
- New or used automotive sales experience preferred
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance exceptional customer service with effective closing techniques
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Valid and clean NY State driver’s license
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- CRM experience preferred
Compensation details: 125000-175000 Yearly Salary
