PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with the Marketing team to understand databases/systems and their applications.
- Perform market, product, and industry research to help increase market share.
- Create sales enablement tools to support the sales team and promote revenue generation.
- Communicate with colleagues to understand and document team objectives.
- Help develop resources, tools, and programs for the Marketing team.
- Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administration along with lead generation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite) preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and decision-making abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintains integrity and trustworthiness.
