Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding so you can confidently apply your skills and make a real impact with the families you serve.As Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.Responsibilities:Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervisionFollow treatment and behavior intervention plansCollect and track session dataSupport skill development and promote positive behaviorShare progress with your clinical teamWhy You'll Love Working With Us:Flexible schedulingSupportive supervision and ongoing feedbackCompetitive pay ($20–$30/hour)Opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral healthRequirements:Active RBT CertificationHigh school diplomaAt least 18 years oldReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseOrganized, dependable, and open to feedbackInterest in behavioral healthCircle Care Services is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
