Workers Compensation Specialist

CommScope Inc. is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team. The role is onsite in Claremont, NC or Shakopee, MN, five days a week, supporting global compensation processes and collaborating with HRIS, IT, and HRSS on daily activities. The candidate will handle data integrity, audits, and analyses, participate in the annual compensation process, and help develop policy recommendations.
