Occupational Therapist Waco, TX Specialty: Occupational Therapy/Rehab Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2028 - $2444 | Shift: 5x8 Days, Mon-Fri, 0800-1700 Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Join our healthcare partner and make a meaningful impact by providing professional services in restorative, functional, and preventative therapeutic programs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy treatment plans to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients. You will work closely with patients and their families to establish and meet treatment goals, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, modifying therapy programs and goals as needed
- Perform thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Supervise support staff, students, and volunteers
- Advance clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice
- Align individual goals and work activities to support organizational goals
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- BLS (AHA Only) and TX - OT certification required
