Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice. You won't be handed a guaranteed schedule here. You will build one. You won't manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead. We handle that. You will have the freedom to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow your caseload in a way that fits your life and professional goals. This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom of private practice with the stability and structure of W2 employment.

This role is best suited for clinicians who: take responsibility for building and maintaining a recurring caseload, proactively re-book and retain clients, develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources, value autonomy and performance-based growth, and want income upside based on effort and consistency.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy, completing timely documentation and treatment planning, building and maintaining consistent recurring client schedules, coordinating care with other providers as needed, participating in team meetings and clinical collaboration, and contributing to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community.

Qualifications include a master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field, current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track, strong clinical documentation skills, professional communication skills, comfort with hybrid work model, and established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible).

Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $90.00 per hour.
