Service Porter
Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of our service department by assisting with vehicle movement, lot organization, and providing exceptional customer support behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles between service bays, parking areas, and customer areas safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and dealership grounds.
- Assist with vehicle delivery and pick-up for customers as requested.
- Support the service team by preparing vehicles for service or customer delivery.
- Report any vehicle or facility issues to management promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth service operation.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks.
- Prior experience in automotive or dealership environment is a plus but not required.
