Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team, committed to delivering unparalleled care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive array of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during exams, thoroughly explaining procedures with empathy and care
• Work in close collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Effectively manage and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring timely reporting of any issues
• Accurately record procedures and maintain electronic medical records
• Keep abreast of advancements in sonography techniques and practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preference for graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or an equivalent qualification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
