Job Description Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Family Medicine - OB is Optional (0.6 - 1.0 FTE) Practice Highlights Join a clinic renowned for its exceptional team environment going though a growth-spurt and generational change. Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team. Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine. Benefit from an established patient base Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday) Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai Digital X-Ray with rapid results Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only) Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0 Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice. Location Duluth, MN - A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000. Compensation Salary: $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
