You'll help solve problems, answer questions, review coverage, and identify opportunities to better protect our customers and their families. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Build lasting relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that provide additional protection and value
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate new business
• Work closely with team members to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Compensación: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
