ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Fuhrmann - State Farm Agent, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on and often the first impression of our agency. You'll help customers navigate their insurance needs, answer questions with confidence, and provide exceptional service that builds lasting relationships.

In this role, you'll turn questions into smiles and transform challenges into solutions, making each interaction a positive and memorable experience. You'll take pride in helping people protect what matters most while delivering the kind of service that keeps customers coming back and referring their friends and family.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and identify opportunities to better serve their needs
• Work closely with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Help maintain our reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and care

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
