No two days look exactly the same but your impact is clear. You may: Provide person centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation) Teach valuable skillsfrom financial management to communication Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy Accurately document care and daily activities What We're Looking For: Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn 18 years or older A valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance Ability to pass a background check through DHS Summary of available benefits: Paid (on the job) training Education assistance 401(k) and matching Sick time Paid time off Health insuranceincluding dental and vision Life insurance Health savings account If you're looking for a career where you can make an impact and grow, apply today.
