Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) - North Metro

The Mary T. Family of Companies has immediate openings for full-time FLOAT Direct Support Professionals for our south metro group homes. Direct Support Professionals serve individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential group home settings by assisting with personal cares, medication administration, household tasks, and outings.

Schedule: Evening shifts (4 days per week with a 2/3P start time and an 10/11P end time and every other weekend) must have open availability and flexibility

$18.00-$18.50 Per Hour Daily Pay Option

Responsibilities:

• Must be responsive to answering their phones when called and/or return calls promptly
• Must demonstrate proficiency in communications both written and oral
• Must be able to travel to different locations within the float pool area

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a DSP in a group home setting
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• 2 years driving experience with a good driving record
• The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle/driver's license check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
