What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you'll be the difference-maker in someone's day by:

Building strong, positive relationships with the people you support

Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth

Assisting with daily living activities and community participation

Helping individuals reach personal goals and celebrate successes

Providing companionship, mentorship, and advocacy

Creating meaningful experiences both at home and in the community

What We’re Looking For

Positive, outgoing personality

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Dependable and professional attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license

High School Diploma or GED
