Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Consistent, predictable scheduling

What You'll Do:

As a DSP, you'll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same but your impact is clear. You may:

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skillsfrom financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We're Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
