Join the dedicated Neonatology team at Winchester Medical Center, part of Valley Health System, in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is for a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to contribute to a well-established 3-physician group. The role involves caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, supporting approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admitting around 330 NICU patients each year. • Care for patients in a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU
• Teach and mentor trainees and colleagues
• Take on program development and leadership initiatives over time
