Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using project management software.
• Support project managers in tracking progress, updating schedules, and analyzing project data.
• Coordinate between various teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Help prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and cost control reports.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays or issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Assist with contract administration by reviewing agreements, change orders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Contribute to construction site visits by documenting progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Administer standard operating procedures that ensure a smooth project implementation, reinforcing these procedures with field teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction estimating, or PMP certification, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience with construction site operations, including safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent analysis skills for data interpretation and problem-solving related to project timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and legal considerations in construction projects.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Technical proficiency in Excel data analysis and reporting tools; experience with Bluebeam or ProCore is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling tools and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost management practices.
