Project Coordinator

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator. Let us help you make your next big career move a reality! What You Will Be Doing You will support the project team by assisting in planning, organizing, and executing various project activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project milestones are achieved on time. You will facilitate communication, document meeting minutes, maintain project schedules, and handle project-related documentation such as purchase orders, budgets, and contracts. This is a contract position with the opportunity to contribute to successful project delivery through effective coordination and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas to keep projects on track. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and responsibility lists. Document and distribute meeting minutes, summaries, and project updates. Track and manage project documents, including purchase orders, budgets, and contracts. Work directly with project managers to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Support the creation of presentations and reports using PowerPoint. Assist with workflow or strategy software tools to improve project execution. Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation accuracy. Required Skills & Experience 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Desired Skills & Experience Experience supporting IT or technology projects. Knowledge of workflow or project management software. Familiarity with project documentation and contractual processes.
