This role is designed for dental professionals who are not only passionate about their clinical skills but are also keen to deepen their knowledge and assume additional responsibilities.

• Act as the main Chairside Assistant, supporting the dentist in all dental procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatments and explain the procedures to alleviate any concerns.
• Work expertly with intra-oral scanning technology to capture accurate dental images necessary for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assist in various dental surgeries, providing necessary instruments and support to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure superb chairside experience, demonstrating excellent patient care and professional communication at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols in the dental office.
• Manage dental supplies inventory by anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays) and handle laboratory tasks as required.
• Participate in additional training, workshops, and seminars to stay current with the latest in dental technology and practices.
• Perform routine maintenance of dental equipment and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient records with diligence and accuracy.
• Enhance the overall patient experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Current and valid RDA license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a fast-paced dental clinic.
• Proven competency with intra-oral scanning procedures and familiarity with digital dentistry.
• Significant experience assisting in dental surgeries.
• Exceptional chairside manner with a strong focus on providing excellent patient care.
• Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments, procedures, and protocol.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in managing dental records and documentation.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a capacity for multitasking and handling high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Excellent verbal communication skills necessary for interacting with patients and your teammates.
• Commitment to adhering to the health and safety standards set by the clinic and regulatory bodies.
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the dental office and its patients.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude towards work and colleagues.

• Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30-5:30
• Sick Pay : 40 hrs/year
