What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Deliver high-quality service that reflects our reputation
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations
Schedule
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
Compensation
- Up to $40/hour , depending on experience
- Monthly performance incentives (spiffs up to $2,500)
- Revenue bonuses up to $1,250/month
- Potential total earnings up to $150,000 annually

What You Bring
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Texas Technician License
- Technical school training (preferred)
- NATE certification (a plus)
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
