Key job responsibilities Build, manage, and mentor a team of Startup Investor Managers, set team goals, performance metrics, and drive consistent results. Develop and drive initiatives with top venture firms, educating them on AWS capabilities and identifying strategic collaboration opportunities. Develop investor‑focused initiatives that accelerate portfolio company success. Design and implement programs that address specific startup and investor needs. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving AWS Startups, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and results. Leverage early‑stage market signals from investors and founders to guide AWS innovation and ensure we continue meeting the evolving needs of tomorrow’s breakthrough companies.
