- 8 years of full-time experience managing large, complex projects through all development phases
- 8 years of experience with structured design processes, scope control, estimation, risk mitigation, and corrective actions
- 8 years of experience coordinating project activities and making critical decisions
- 8 years of experience analyzing business systems, stakeholder needs, and documenting detailed requirements
- 8 years of experience facilitating business process mapping and identifying technology solutions to improve efficiency
- 8 years of experience working directly with a Texas state agency in a project management role
- 5 years of experience writing solicitation documents (RFI, RFO, SOW)
- 5 years of experience collecting and reconciling requirements across multiple teams and locations
- 5 years of experience with DIR and Data Center Services (DCS), including cloud-based solution implementation
- 5 years of experience using the Texas Project Delivery Framework
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce (preferred)
